{Weight Loss} Soda Pop Pledge

One major thing that I HAVE to quit doing is drinking my calories. I drink WAY too much soda. So from this day forward I pledge to swear off sodas. It won't be an easy thing to do. I suffer from migraines. And the high caffeine levels that I aquire from sodas really help, but they sure aren't helping my waistline. 

Although these still aren't as healthy as water, I'm going to use these to ween myself off of Sweet Tea, Coca Cola, Kool-Aid, etc. Water is the best thing that there is for you, whether you're on a diet or not. 

The Lipton Diet Green Tea with Citrus is great! It tastes good, has 0 calories, and has caffeine content!

I haven't tried the Crystal Light Energy yet, but it has lots of B vitamins, caffeine content, and is just 5 calories!

The Hawaiian Punch tastes good, but is very strong. So half a packet to a bottle of water is just fine for me. It reminds me of my childhood. It also has 5 calories!
